Cross Keys Pub (Lanark Road) In Longstone Community Council area but included for information - Proposed development of two 2 bedroom flats & two bed sits. This application was granted by CEC on 28th November.
130 Slateford Road
Erection of Shopfront and Studio Flat. Site is east of Prince Charlies Bridge (the canal aqueduct crossing Slateford Road at the foot of Craiglockhart Avenue) and is currently a lock up garage next to the existing Pizza take away and clothes recycling shop. It is intended for use by Galya Trading who are a contractor selling windows, doors, conservatories etc at ground floor with a studio above with entrance from the rear. There have been no negative comments, hence as a Community Council we intend to support this Planning Application. Approved by CEC on 15/02/2019  18/09610/FUL
